Insurance and Payment

Which insurance do you accept?

I’m in network with the following insurances:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • Quest

I recommend calling your insurance company to verify benefits and copays. 

What are your private pay rates?

Individual sessions are $175. If I am out-of-network for your insurance, I can provide a superbill. A superbill is a document that includes information your insurance company would need to process that request. 

What is your no-show or late cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. You can contact me via email or phone. If you do not cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the price of a full session ($175). Exceptions to this policy are in my consent forms.
